About Paula

Bell' Alimento

I'm passionate about food. From how it's grown, to the people who grow it (thank a farmer). I love ALL kinds of foods, but Italian food will always be THE ONE for me. I lived in Northern Italy growing up (yes I speak Italian). It's where I learned to appreciate food and cooking. Italian food is about simple, quality ingredients that are combined with love.

About Kelly

Live Love Pasta

Growing up, my grandma lived by the motto 'if there are no leftovers then I didn't cook enough food'. Needless to say, I grew up eating great! Because I've been spoiled with homemade Italian cooking for as long as I can remember, and I knew I too would need to learn the art of cooking.

This recipe can easily be adapted to keep dinners interesting and creative. Use lean ground beef one day and hot Italian sausage the next time. Or...serve with cavatappi (my favorite!) and enjoy delicious chili mac. No matter which direction you go, you'll be serving your family a dinner that will leave everyone satisfied.

About Jean

Lemons & Anchovies

I have always had an appreciation for food but it wasn't until I learned to cook in my 20s that I really fell in love with not just eating my favorite dishes, but also preparing them myself. From seasonal produce at farmers markets to exotic new-to-me ingredients and local specialties from my travels, there is always a new dish to try. I focus on simple, wholesome food but I also believe in indulging from time-to-time!
