What You Need

  • 1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
  • 4 tsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 lb. sliced roast beef
  • 2 KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices

Make It

  1. Combine onions and 1 Tbsp. dressing; let stand 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in remaining dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until tender.
  3. Spread toast slices with mayo, then mustard. Fill with spinach, onions, meat, mushrooms and cheese to make 2 sandwiches.
