Cheesy Roasted Cauliflower Visual Preparation Steps

What You Need

  • 8 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • juice from 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese

Make It

  1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Combine first 5 ingredients; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 40 min., stirring after 20 min.
  3. Stir in sour cream. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
