Kraft Cheese - Make Something Amazing

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Chili Lime & Panko Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped

Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Reserve 1 cup cheese mixture.
  2. Combine remaining cheese mixture with remaining ingredients; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with reserved cheese mixture.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
