Kraft Cheese - Make Something Amazing

What You Need

  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 small eggplant
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Italian Parmesan Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Make It

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Pour half the tomato sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish. Cut vegetables into 1/4-inch-thick slices; place half in baking dish. Top with layers of half the cheese mixture, remaining sauce and remaining vegetables; drizzle with oil. Cover.
  2. Bake 30 min.
  3. Top with remaining cheese mixture; bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until vegetables are tender and topping is golden brown.
