Fig-Proscuitto Crostini Visual Preparation Steps

What You Need

  • 24 French bread slices, 1/2 inch thick
  • 2/3 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 lb. prosciutto , cut into 24 pieces
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Make It

  1. Heat broiler. Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet; spread with jam.
  2. Top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Substitute
Substitute apricot preserves for the fig jam.
Special Extra
For more flavor, add a few fresh fig, apple or pear slices to each crostini before topping with the cheese and broiling as directed.
