Savory Turkey Meatball Salad Visual Preparation Steps

What You Need

  • 1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Savory Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
  • 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 container (5 oz.) baby arugula
  • 1 apple, cut into matchlike sticks
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix turkey and cheese mixture; shape into 28 (1-1/2-inch) balls. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Bake 20 min. or until done (170ºF). Meanwhile, cook and stir nuts in small skillet on medium heat 2 min. Add sugar; cook and stir 1 min. or until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly glazed.
  3. Combine arugula, apples, meatballs and nuts in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
