How do I browse recipes?
To browse recipes, select from one of the featured categories on the home page, or select "Browse" and view Recipes Categories.
How do I search for a recipe?
To search for a recipe, select "What's on Hand" from the homescreen or the "Search" tab. You can select the "Search by Keyword" tab to end a keyword. You may also filter by meal type or prep time if you like. Alternatively, you can search by What's on Hand. This allows you to enter up to three ingredients to search for a matching recipe. Ingredients can be entered by entering the name, bar code or scanning the item.
How do I view Recipes of the Day or Dinner Tonight recipes?
On the homescreen, you can swipe through the top featured recipe to see featured recipes from the week. To see recipe details, tap on the featured recipe. Recipes of the Day and Dinner Tonight recipes can also be found on the Browse recipes page.
How do I save a recipe?
On the recipe page, you can save the recipe to your recipe box by tapping on "+ Recipe Box". This will allow you easily access the recipe in the iFood Assistant app or online.
How do I create a Member recipe?
Go to www.KraftRecipes.com. If you are already a member, sign in otherwise sign up. Then go to the Recipe exchange and 'Share your recipe". You can also add other Member Recipes to your recipe box.
SHOPPING
How do I add recipe ingredients to my shopping list?
On the recipe page, you can add the recipe ingredients to your shopping list by tapping on "+ Shopping List".
How do I add a customized item to my shopping list?
On the Shopping List page, tap on the '+' at the top of the page. You can then add an item by entering the name, barcode or scanning the item.
How do I add a coupon to my shopping list?
Go to the Coupons page and clip coupons. Select View Cart at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can Email or Print the Coupons. Once the Coupons are emailed or printed, the Coupons will appear in your shopping list.
How do I scan a bar code?
On the Shopping List page, tap on the '+' at the top of the page. Next, select the scan button. This will open your device's camera. Aim the camera at the barcode, once the scan is complete, the device will search for the item.
How do I locate a store?
On the bottom of the Shopping List page, tap on the "Store Locator" button to find nearby stores. You can also find the Store Locator in the More tab.
SAVING WITH COUPONS
How do I send coupons to my email account?
Go to the Coupons page and "clip" coupons. Select "View Cart" at the bottom of the screen. From there, select "Email Coupons" and select an email address.
How do I print coupons from my device?
First, make sure your device is connected to the same wireless network as your printer. Then, select a printer from the Printers page under the More tab. Next, go to the Coupons page and "clip" coupons. Select "View Cart" at the bottom of the screen. From there, select "Print Coupons".
How do I save coupons to my Savings Card?
In order to add coupons to your Savings Card, you must be logged in and have added an eligible Savings Card to your account. On the Coupons page, select "Savings Card". Then, select the coupons you would like by tapping "Add to Card".
How do I add a Savings Card to my account?
Go to the More tab and select Savings Cards. Then, select '+' from the top of the page to add a card.
When will Savings Card Coupons be added to my savings card?
Once a Savings Card Coupon is selected to add to your card, the store is notified. Next, the store downloads the coupon to your savings card. This process may take up to an hour.
SETTINGS
How do I customize my Home Screen?
Go to the More tab and select Settings. Then, select your preference from the 'Homescreen Customization' (Dinner Tonight or Recipe of The Day).
How do I receive Push Notifications?
Go to the More tab and select Settings. Then, configure your push notifications. Push notifications need to be enabled in the iPhone settings.
How can I print?
In order to print a recipe or shopping list you must be connected to your local Wi-Fi network. Please ensure your HP printer is turned on and connected to your local Wi-Fi network.
Why do I need to register?
You need to register because your Recipe Box and Shopping List will be synchronized between www.KraftRecipes.com and iFood assistant.
