  • Drain the liquid from 1 1/2 cans of peaches and set aside for other use or discard. Pour the peaches and remaining liquid into a Dutch oven. Add additional liquid if needed.
  • Pour the cake mix over the fruit mixture and then sprinkle the brown sugar over it. Thinly slice the butter and drop on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until the cake mix is done. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
