  • SPRAY large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until browned.
  • ADD broth; stir. Bring to a boil. Add rice, vegetables and prepared cheese product; stir. Cover.
  • COOK on low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and prepared cheese product is completely melted, stirring occasionally.

    My family loved this dish. This has become of our "regulars". Plus, the second time I made it, I added a can of Cream of Mushroom soup, and that was also a big hit!!!
