  • 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  • 2. Add water, soup and seasonings; stir. Bring to boil.
  • 3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.


It’s very good and you could use low sodium low fat soup also. It could be a different cream soup like cream of mushroom soup. It takes me about an hour to cook. I got this recipe from a Kraft Minute Rice box and I just changed to low sodium soup.
