Special Equipment Needed

This receipe came from a restaurant in Houston, Texas named Bill Williams. It was a very popular seafood restaurant during 1950's. I am not sure when it closed but it has been dearly missed. I had misplaced this recipe until today and thought it would be nice to share with the world!
