  • HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken, cook until browned on both sides. Remove chicken.
  • ADD chicken broth & water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
  • STIR in mushrooms, onions, peas, & rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy but tasteless We made this tonight and it was disappointing. It is healthy but has no taste to it. I doctored it up with some butter & salt and it was much better. If you follow the recipe exactly, it isn't that great.
