  • Place flour in mixing bowl. In a small bowl mix yeast with water; mix to dissolve. In a microwave safe bowl mix milk, sugar, salt and 2 Tbsp. margarine. Heat in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or until margarine is almost melted. Stir to dissolve sugar and salt. When cooled, mix yeast mixture and milk mixture into the flour. Stir until well mixed (may need to add extra flour if sticky).
  • Knead 5-6 times on well floured surface. Place back in bowl and let rest in warm space for 15 min. AGAIN ON FLOURED SURFACE PAT OR ROLL OUT TO 1/2 INCH. Cut with biscuit cutter into 12 circles. Fold in half and place a 1/2 pat of butter in fold, press to seal. Let rise again for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Brush with melted margarine. Enjoy.
