  • Toast bread slices in 275 degree oven until dry (usually 7-10 minutes). Once out of the oven, crumble until fine bread crumbs. Season to taste with Greek seasoning and parmesan cheese (about 1/2 to 1 tsp.).
  • While waiting on toast, cut chicken lengthwise to make 6 thin breasts. Season with Greek seasoning and marinate in refrigerator a few minutes. Once bread crumbs are ready, dip chicken first into egg beaters, then into bread crumbs. Place unto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in oven 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until chicken runs clear liquid.
  • Once the chicken is done, plate the chicken on top of the spaghetti (individual plates of course). Add a little spaghetti sauce on top of the spaghetti, add the chicken, add a little more sauce on top of the chicken, and then add some shredded cheese. You may need to heat it a little in the microwave to melt the cheese. Serve!

Notes

You can take short cuts by using store bought seasoned bread crumbs, 6 chicken breasts instead of cutting these in two. Very good with salad!
