  • In a shallow bowl pour eggs, milk & vanilla extract, give a light whisk. Then in another small bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg, stir until it has united, try not to leave any clumps make it smooth like granulated sugar.
  • Prepare a small frying pan spray lightly with non-stick butter spray heat over low-medium heat. You start by coating each slice one by one with the egg mixture then place on a separate plate and with a spoon sprinkle the sugar mix over each side coating it lightly.
  • Fry for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Once every slice has been fried serve with Lite syrup and dust with remaining sugar mix. Bon Appetit.
