  • Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs and spread in bottom of spring fold pan.
  • Mix cream cheese in bowl with sugar and vanilla. When slightly mixed, add in 6 squares of melted chocolate. Continue mixing and add in one egg at a time until each one is blended.
  • Spread onto prepared pan once all mixed. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set, allow to fully cool before placing in fridge. Keep in fridge for at least 3 hours, preferable overnight before serving.
  • **Optional** Melt remaining 2 squares of chocolate and drizzle over top of cheesecake, then serve, enjoy and have a nap!!
