  • Mix flour and water in a small bowl. Set aside. Heat 3 Tbsp. oil on medium in a skillet. Add onions, cook until tender. Add garlic, cook for 2 min. Add ground beef, cumin, coriander, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, jalapeno, cilantro and green onion. Cook thoroughly. Remove from heat and strain out the grease.
  • Take pita bread and cut in half. Spread some of the flour paste on the cut side of the pita bread folding it and making a pocket. Stuff the pita bread with the beef mixture and fold again sealing it with the paste forming a triangle. Complete until beef mixture is gone.
  • Heat remaining oil in a pot on med-high. Fry samboosas until the pita bread is golden brown (30-45 seconds). Let cool and enjoy.
