  • Have your kids wash their hands and break bananas into chunks and put in blender. Pour in milk and yogurt. Squirt in syrup and put in peanut butter.
  • Blend on medium for 30 seconds or until smooth. (Bananas WITHOUT brown spots will float.)
  • Pour into cups and enjoy!

Notes

Using fat free items makes this super healthy and makes me feel less guilty about having something sweet. (They do make a sugar free chocolate syrup) My kids love to pour and scoop; let your kids try. They will be more likely to eat it knowing they made it themselves.
