Alaskan Halibut Fried Rice

  • Prepare KRAFT Minute rice and set aside. Heat non stick frying pan on medium. Dice bacon and cook in pan until thoroughly cooked. Drain oil out and set aside bacon.
  • Add sliced celery and diced onions to heated pan. Stir continously over medium heat until onions begin to get light brown on edges, about 6 minutes.
  • Then, add oil and halibut to ingredients in pan. Continue to cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, tossing every few minutes. Gently stir in rice, vegies, dill, pepper, bacon. Reduce heat to low.
  • Cover pan and cook for 8 minutes or until vegies are thoroughly heated. Remove from heat and sprinkle with soysauce. Serve warm and enjoy this Alaskan dish.

Special Equipment Needed


If halibut not available, then use other white fish.
