  • Soak corn in water for about 15 minutes.
  • Pull back shucks on the corn. Using a paper towel, cover corn with olive oil & butter. Wrap a strip of bacon to the corn. Add honey to corn and bacon and inside of shucks.
  • Using a string, close shucks back over corn and tie strings together to close up ends.
  • Allow to cook on grill for about 45 minutes -60 minutes.
