  • Dip one side of ladyfinger into melted chocolate. Place chocolate-side up along the rim of a lightly greased 8 inch springform pan. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers to line the bottom of pan.
  • Stir in liqueur into remaining chocolate. Stir into ice cream. Fold whipped cream into ice cream. Spoon filling over ladyfingers.
  • Freeze till firm. To serve, run knife or spatula around edge of pan before removing side. Let cake stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with grated chocolate.
