  • Fry ground beef with onion in large skillet. Drain completely. Replace in skillet spread out evenly.
  • Lay potatoes across hamburger evenly; salt and pepper the top of them. Take can of mixed vegetables and spread across potatoes. Spoon out can of cream of mushroom soup over that and spread the best you can with spoon. Then top with the whole package of cheese.
  • Place lid that fits tight over pan put on low heat and cook for 30 min or until you can take fork and potatoes are tender.

Special Equipment Needed


You can also use cream of celery in place of cream of mushroom. This is a easy meal and really taste great!!!
