  • Mix all but the last 4 ingredients. Stir in flours and grains a few cups at a time. When mixed knead for 7-10 min. Cover and let rise till doubled.
  • Punch down and let rest 5 min. Shape into 4 loaves or rolls. Let rise covered 1 hour.
  • Bake at 375°F for 35-40 min.

Notes

A good hearty bread to serve with soup. I added the wheat bran and groats to the original recipe and the flour amount didn't change. It is still moist. This bread is very good toasted also.
