Angel's Mixed-Up Pasta Alfredo/Jambalaya

  • Pour alfredo sauce in large saucepan, add tomatoes w/ sauce. Add chicken, shrimp, smoked sausage and bacon. Cook on low heat, covered with lid slightly open to release steam. The longer you cook the sauce, the better the flavor.
  • Cook onion, pepper, garlic and any other vegetables in a pan with olive oil. Add all vegetables, seasonings and cheese to sauce.
  • Boil water for pasta, add pasta. Drain, then either pour pasta into sauce or pour sauce onto pasta, depending on how much sauce you like (*Careful-If you pour too much pasta into sauce, it may absorb too much moisture and noodles will turn out dry).


This pasta is one of my favorite meals. I learned the recipe long ago and alter it every time I cook it. The best thing about it is you can take as long to cook it as you like, like in a crock-pot or right away, and add whatever you want, from meats to pastas to vegetables to seasonings, and it will most likely turn out even better. Also, almost everything in this recipe is optional. You can make more just by adding another jar of alfredo sauce and more pasta. Tips- *If sauce is too thin, add flour. If you need more sauce, add milk, butter and flour. *Mix pastas, like bowtie w/angel hair. Its interesting and good!
