  • Brown chicken in oil. Add remaining ingredients and heat until smooth.
  • Pour into pie crust and top with second pie crust.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until crust is light brown. Let cool 5 minutes, and then serve.


You can substitute the cream of celery for cream of mushroom. You can also substitute frozen vegetables in place of the can vegetables. For the chicken broth, I recommend 1 tsp of L.B.Jaminsons. You can use bouillon cubes.
