  • Combine caramel pieces and flour. Add apples, caramel topping, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Place in 9" pie crust, sprinkle with pecan pieces.
  • Bake at 375°F on preheated baking sheet 40-45 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. DO NOT REFRIGERATE.

Notes

For deep dish use: 15 pieces caramels (cut in 4's) 1/2 cup flour 5 cups apples 1 cup caramel ice cream topping 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Deep dish is prepared the same.
