  • Cut ribs in to serving size (4 to 5 ribs) poke holes with fork.
  • Place ribs in gallon size locking freezable bag, add apple cider until covered.
  • Refrigerate for 24 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Bed a 1/2 cup brown sugar on foil, stack 2 serving of ribs on bed, then wrap. Place in to baking pan.
  • Bake for 2 hours at about 350 degrees F - turning ribs every hour.

Notes

Rinse ribs before place in bag. Do not rinse after marinating.

    My husband and I just had our 1 month wedding anniversary and he had to go away for a week for training. I asked him what he wanted for dinner when he came back and he wanted ribs. I have never made ribs before so, I found this receipe and made it, and it was AMAZING, I think we each ate half a rack!! The meat fell right off the bone! He was quite impressed with the ribs thanks to this recipe! Thank you for sharing, I will defiantely make this again
