  • Prepare stuffing per directions. Peel the 2 apples and dice into small pieces. Add the apples to the stuffing mix and sit to side.
  • Pound down the pork loins as much as possible. Add a nice spoonful or as much as you would like of the apple stuffing. Wrap up and use 2 pieces of bacon to keep together.
  • Grill or roast for about 45 minutes or until done. Season with Cajun seasoning salt or whatever kind of seasoning you would like.

    My family could not stop talking about this recipe. They loved it. Even as leftovers two nights later. I actually used a tenderloin roast and slit it down the middle, then stuffed it and wrapped it in bacon. It was so yummy. I can't wait to make this again!!!
