  • Make sauce by combining all ingredients in a medium saucepan over med/low heat, covered.
  • Stir occasionally until sauce begins to boil, then simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Watch sauce closely to make sure it doesn't boil over.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub each fillet with olive oil. Add a light sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Grill salmon until fish is flaky. Serve with a side cup of the honey sauce or pour directly onto the fillet.

Use your leftover sauce for next nights chicken, turkey, burgers, vegetables, ANYTHING!

This recipe was AMAZING! I had it several nights in a row, in fact I'm in the kitchen now to make it again. For salmon lovers this recipe is a MUST!

Loved this recipe. Tasted just like it did at the restaurant.

This sauce is sooo good, lick the bowl good! My husband and I loved it on the salmon and can't wait to try it on chicken. This recipe makes a lot of sauce, I halved the ingredients since we were just making 2 pieces of fish and the amount it made was perfect, even a little leftover. I will use this recipe again and again.
