  • Start grill at 350 degrees. Rinse asparagus and cut inch off bottom stalk and discard. Cut into thirds (pref. 3-inches)
  • Cut bacon into halves. Wrap raw bacon around raw asparagus, crisscrossing bacon as to "knot" so it will stay.
  • Throw on grill and make sure to cook bacon until semi-crisp, or until your desired doneness!

Special Equipment Needed


If you place "knot" of bacon facing down, it tends to cook itself sealed. Also, beware of cooking directly over flame cause grease will flame, at first try cooking half the dish then other half....constantly turning with tongs. Once done, beware of asparagus, will retain heat very well, cool about two minutes and serve....YUMMY
