  • Pit the avocado, peel and cut up. Place in blender. Add in the tomato, after chopping it up, leaving skin on. Add the onion and start to blend.
  • Gradually add olive oil to keep the dip from being too thick. Add the salt and pepper, seasoning to taste.
  • Refrigerate after making with wrap, or serve as is with crackers.
