Bacon Cheeseburger Pockets

  • Brown hamburger and drain. Return to heat. Crumble 8 slices of cooked bacon into beef. Add Cheez Whiz. Stir until cheese is melted.
  • Open both packages of biscuits. Roll each into a flat circle. Set 10 aside, and place the others on a cookie sheet. Spoon beef mixture onto 10 biscuits, leaving room at the edges. Top with remaining biscuits and press with fork to seal.
  • Cook according to biscuit's package directions.

Special Equipment Needed


Use more or less cheese/bacon to taste. Biscuits used are the refrigerated ones in the tube. Use pre-cooked bacon to speed this up. Kids can help and my picky eaters LOVE this recipe! You can also add peppers, onions, tomatoes - just stir into beef mixture.
