Bacon Wrapped Bread Sticks

  • Bring bacon to room temp. Cut each strip in half and wrap around the bread stick. Roll 16 of them in parmesan cheese, and 16 in brown sugar.
  • Foil the bottom of sheet a pan (this will catch the grease and will make for easy clean up). Place the prepared bread sticks on a cake rack and place in the sheet pan. Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Place in a 400 degrees F oven for about 20 minutes. Let them rest for 25 minutes, then serve.

Special Equipment Needed


You can make all cheese, or all brown sugar, but everyone seems to like the variety. "Snack Sticks" work perfect for these; they are just the right size bread stick. You can also use a honey mustard dip; it goes well with both the sweet and savory.
