This has become a family favorite -- easy enough for a weeknight meal, fancy enough for guests! I find that cooking the chicken (covered) at 350 holds in the moisture and keeps all the cream cheese from melting away. 30 minutes is fine for 4-5 oz. breasts. For even more flavor, I sometimes marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for a couple hours before preparing the recipe!
This was so tasty! We love chicken and eat it all the time. I have been looking for a fun new way to make it, since plain baked chicken can get pretty boring. This was so good, I will definitely make it again.
The cream cheese and butter becomes a wonderful creamy sauce. My whole family loves this meal!
