  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Pan-cook bacon 2 minutes on each side, then set aside (the bacon will cook the rest of the way in the oven).
  • Lay each piece of chicken on a shallow baking pan lined with tin foil. Spread a teaspoonful of pesto out onto each piece of chicken, and then sprinkle the feta on each piece. Place a couple strips of pepper in the center of each chicken breast. Carefully roll each chicken breast. Then, wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon.
  • Pop it in the oven and set the timer for 30 minutes! When it comes out the bacon will be crisp, the chicken will be cooked and will have absorbed a lot of yummy flavor!
