  • Take chicken wings, singe & remove the hairs. Wash & rub off the wings with cold water. Let the wings sit in a strainer for about 5 minutes to drain the water off.
  • In a bowl add McCormick Bayou Cajun Seasonings and Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning. Blend/mix both these two seasonings together.
  • Place the chicken in a zip lock bag, adding the blended spices to the bag. Close the zip lock bag, shake the chicken with the spices in the bag. Add Kraft Italian dressing to the zip lock bag, close the bag & shake the bag back and forth for about 20 seconds. Place the bag in the refrigerator laying in a flat position for 2 hours.
  • Prepare to bake your chicken on a greased (pam sprayed/olive oil wiped) baking rack. After marinating for 2 hours remove the chicken one at a time by draining the Krart Dressing.
  • Place the chicken on the greased baking rack with a pan/cookie sheet underneath so the fat can drain off the chicken. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees uncovered for 1 1/2 hours turning the chicken once within 40 minutes of baking. When done you have Spicy Baked chicken Wings.
  • If desired, 10 minutes before the 1 1/2 hours is up you can place/spread Kraft Barbecue Sauce on top of the wings & then the recipe would change to Barbecued Spicy Chicken Wings.


I have two more options with this same recipe. #2 instead of placing the chicken in the oven you can place the chicken in the broiler & broil for 40 to 60 minutes turning the chicken within the first 20 minutes when done you would have Broiled Barbecued Spicy Chicken Wings, #3 place the chicken wings on a charcoal/gas grill, cook for 1 1/2 hours turning the chicken every half hour until done. When cooked you would have Charcoal Barbecued Spicy Chicken Wings.
