  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large shallow baking dish with margarine or butter. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place close together in the dish.
  • Mix the parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs, melted butter and olive oil in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top the fish fillets.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden. Let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

This is a delicious recipe and very low carb. Can also use other kinds of white fish.
