I altered a few baked oatmeal recipes to come up with a low fat and low sugar version. This is very quick and easy to make. Heat up leftovers in the microwave and serve with milk. The longer you bake it the thicker it will get. It tastes as wonderful as it smells while it's baking.
I've made this recipe several times and the family loves it. Very filling, too.
