  • Microwave the potato for about 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Then cut the potato in half and cut each side up so the potato chunks cover the plate. (Salad plate will do). Leave the potato peel on, you won't taste it!
  • Cover potato with Kraft Colby and Jack shredded cheese (while the potato is still warm so the cheese can melt). Then put the lettuce pieces and the pieces of tomato over the cheese. Cover that with low fat ranch dressing. Top with fat free bacon bits or salt and fat free crumbled crackers.
