  • Preheat oven to 375. Place salmon fillets on two separate foils sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Cut red bell pepper in half. Remove seeds and stem. Cut halves in strips and arrange in foil packets with fillets. Place one teaspoon of rosemary and basil leaves in each foil packet.
  • Fold packets in half and roll up sides. Place on ungreased cooking sheet. Place in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Empty packets onto plate and serve. Enjoy!


You can also grill fillet packets on your gas grill. The packets are great when served with brown rice or whole grain angle hair pasta.
