  • Brush baking sheet with olive oil. Lay asparagus in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Spread minced garlic and sprinkle chopped scallions over the asparagus. Pour a little olive oil over the asparagus.
  • Set oven at 350°F. Bake asparagus for approximately 10 minutes.

Notes

When using frozen vegetables add an additional 2 to 3 minutes of baking time to soak up flavors of garlic and scallions.
