  • Preheat oven to 420 degrees. In a baking dish, season the fillets with salt and pepper and parsley flakes.
  • Combine the parmesan with the bread crumbs, melted butter and olive oil. Then sprinkle over the fillets
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden. Let it cool down for couple minutes before serving.

    This recipe was too dry even after adding extra butter and olive oil. Topping wouldn't stay together and didn't stay on tilapia. Basically ended up with "naked" fish and topping all over the pan. Horrible.

    Loved it! VERY picky boyfriend loved it as well. Used oregano because I didn't have any parsley. Drizzled butter and oil mixture on fish, then sprinkled with parmesan and bread crumbs. Crumbs and parm mixture produced WAY more than was needed.
