This recipe was too dry even after adding extra butter and olive oil. Topping wouldn't stay together and didn't stay on tilapia. Basically ended up with "naked" fish and topping all over the pan. Horrible.
My husband, who doesn't usually like fish, ate it and liked it.
Loved it! VERY picky boyfriend loved it as well. Used oregano because I didn't have any parsley. Drizzled butter and oil mixture on fish, then sprinkled with parmesan and bread crumbs. Crumbs and parm mixture produced WAY more than was needed.
