We made it as a side dish for our meal, but next time I think I'll add some pre-cooked grilled chicken and make some french/garlic bread to go with it as a main entree. Enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderfully simple. Wonderfully simple. We loved this as a side dish with grilled chicken or just mixed with the precooked strips from the store. Also gave me the idea to use sundried tomato pesto and plain feta which was very good as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so quick and easy! This was so quick and easy!! My picky daughter loved it! I have always thought that a little bit of feta goes a long way, but in this dish it had a very tame flavor. Will make again!! Try adding chicken or shrimp.
