  • Preheat over to 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Set aside. Beat eggs and pineapple juice with wire whisk. Add brown sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir in cereal and banana.
  • Pour batter into sprayed muffin tins. In small bowl, mix streusel ingredients together and spoon over top of muffins.
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and sides are pulling away from edges.
