During the last 30 minutes of cooking, make sure your chops don't burn since the mixture had to be drained. I never had a problem, but keep an eye on your cooker, just in case :)
You can let pork chops set for 10 to 15 minutes to thicken if desired.
It takes 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours to cook, depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
Increase the number of pork chops depending on how many people you are going to feed.
Boneless pork chops are best to use, but not necessary.
