  • Chop all veggies (except lettuce) to desired thickness. Separate and roll lettuce into tubes. With serrated knife cut razor-thin width-wise (to taco-lettuce consistency). Brown hamburger and drain.
  • In medium pie pan layer tortilla chips and spoon on veggies, BBQ beans, and cheeses (not lettuce). Repeat another layer. On top of second layer add generous amount of cheeses.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes, or until the first layer of cheese is fully melted.
  • Immediately add lettuce and ranch dressing. Ready to serve immediately, or can be served in Tupperware later!

Special Equipment Needed


Roma tomatoes work best because they are less juicy than beefsteak. Adding Cajun rub to the hamburger while cooking adds a little more zest.
