  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the bacon into half strips (it's easiest to cut the whole pack at once). Cook the bacon (10 half slices at a time) for about two minutes in the microwave, on high, between two sheets of paper towel, or until bacon is cooked but NOT crispy.
  • Starting closer to the tail, wrap the shrimp (frozen or thawed) with a half slice of bacon, making sure to slide the bacon slightly forward on the shrimp to tighten the wrap.
  • Lay the shrimp in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking or casserole dish. Generously coat the wrapped shrimp in BBQ sauce.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.


This dish can be served hot or chilled.
