Very good and lite!!!!
This was very easy and very good. Used linguine noodles instead of rice and chicken instead of beef. Very tasty. I will make again with same sauce and just switch up the ingrediants depending on what I have. This is a keeper!
Used Chicken instead, and only 1 cup of the asian dressing. Added onions, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, and a little soy sauce (with the broccoli). Left out the vinegar. Loved it. Great recipe. Will do again! Recipe very versatile. I think you could use any meat, any veggies, and put over rice. YUMMY!
