  • In LARGE skillet, heat olive oil. Saute onion and mushrooms ‘til beginning to soften. Add ground beef/bison and cook through. Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. (It should be pretty salty.) Add mushroom soup and heat ‘til combined and bubbling. Add frozen peas.
  • When it starts to simmer again, turn off heat and add sour cream. Stir to combine. Taste for seasoning and correct if needed.
  • Serve over egg noodles (with red pepper flakes, of course!)

Notes

My mom loves the red pepper flakes. Me? Not so much... Bison meat is very lean, much more healthy that regular beef. And very tasty!
